Jane Greenoff designed this exquisite band sampler for a CSG Together We Stitch Weekend and it is now available as a
complete kit although not suitable for the complete novice.
Band samplers have been worked across the ages – created to act as an aide memoire of stitches and techniques rather
than a work for show or display. This is a traditional band sampler with a folded hem, which is optional. You could
frame this project or make it into a bell pull. We have very pretty bell pull ends sold in pairs on the CSG website if you
decide that is how you intend to finish your project.
This project contains Hardanger, Hemstitch Bands, cross Stitch and other counted or surface stitches. Not one for the beginner.
The Finished project is 21.5 x 1.75ins (54.5 x 4.5cm)
Kit contains, 28-count linen, threads, gold plated needles, seed beads, charts and illustrated instructions.
