This attractive and unusual tree decoration was designed by Andrea Thompson (Managing Director of the Cross Stitch Guild) and is now offered as a kit.
This is a counted design using cross stitch, Rhodes stitch and satin stitch in a mosaic pattern on linen.
Once you get into the rhythm of the squares, you’ll find this very relaxing to stitch – just what’s needed in the run up to Christmas!
Each side of the bauble reveals a different mini motif. You can, of course, just repeat your favourite if you prefer. When it comes to making up, this project is actually an oversized Watbo.
Kit includes, 28-count linen, threads, chart, instructions and wrapped needle.
