This traditional Shaker style sampler began life as a class here at Pinks Barn. The house was inspired by the Shaker Dormitory at the Hancock Shaker Village. The apple tree is a very distinctive image in Shaker decoration. The design may be stitched on linen or aida fabric and is worked in cross stitch, satin stitch and French knots.
The example in the picture is worked on Cashel 28-count. The pack includes fabric , pre-sorted threads, black & white chart, wrapped needle and instructions
