This wonderful replica map sampler was designed by Jane Greenoff for the CSG and inspired by a printed map dated 1536 with the glorious flower border taken from a sampler in Jane’s antique collection of embroideries. The project may be stitched on linen or Aida fabric. Although this is a very large piece of stitching, it is counted cross stitch with a few fractional stitches, and back stitch. There are few optional additional stitches added to the flowers in the borders but all the instructions are included.
This pack includes either 28-count Zweigart Cashel washed unbleached linen or 14-count Zweigart Aida fabric, pre-sorted threads, illustrated instructions, computerized printed chart and a wrapped needle
