Includes Scissors!
Inspired by my fifth visit to Giverney, France and to Claude Monet's garden, this project was first completed by many of our guests on our Northern France Tour in April 2013. The project includes a project purse including the bridge over a Hardanger lily pond with a gold plated charm, a needle book and a Watbo scissor keeper.
The purse includes Hardanger embroidery worked in Oliver Twist fine and medium space dyed cotton. The Watbo is a counted cross stitch project and is completed with a twisted cord. The needlebook is made from linen band and is completed with a loop and a shell button closure. The pack includes 28-count bleached eyelet bands and Cashel 28-count linen, pre-sorted stranded cottons, gold plated needles, gold plated dragonfly charm, Oliver Twist space dyed threads, satin ribbon, brass rings, hand dyed pure wool felt, blue scissors, chart and illustrated instructions
