This map part of the sampler was originally drawn by Bill Greenoff after Jane G got tired of him nagging! She then played with the border and other details. Both the Greenoffs had been inspired by antique map samplers in their own collection.
It is much easier to stitch than you might think as each county is outlined in cross stitch and you will be starting from the centre of the chart. Worked in pure cross stitch with a little backstitch outlining. The kit includes pre-sorted threads and the fabric of your choice
