CSG Stitchers' Market uses BT Storecentre and the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) secure server and encryption technology when personal information is being entered or read, e.g. when you register, place orders or enter payment details, and when the CSG views your orders.

E-mail is never used to transmit customer, order or payment card details.

The CSG is committed to protecting the privacy of those using our site and the confidentiality of our customers' personal information. The CSG will never sell or share customer personal information with third parties, associated companies or its affiliates.

At the CSG customer information is used only to: process and fulfil orders; communicate with customers regarding competitions, giveaways or special CSG offers; follow up customer feedback in order to improve our site and offer requested products.
