This is a very special project with soft sampler colouring, antique feel, and a heavenly piece to stitch. The box is completed by hand using mount board, is fully lined and is completed with accessories including a needlebook, watbo and a biscornu pincushion.
The Cross Stitch Guild was asked to do something special for The Sewing Quarter 2nd Birthday and I think you will agree that we did just that! The Sampler Workbox was designed for SQ but bearing in mind how much CSG members love samplers of any kind. The project is worked in cross stitch with additional counted stitches, worked on one piece of fabric and then cut out and very simply made up slip stitching the sections together.
This kit is supplied boxed and includes washed unbleached linen, Dupion lining, gold plated needles, scissors, buttons, seed beads, pre-sorted threads, cotton flannel, charts and fully illustrated instructions
