This wonderful replica map sampler was designed by Jane Greenoff for the CSG and inspired by a printed map dated 1536 with the glorious flower border taken from a sampler in Jane’s antique collection of embroideries. The project may be stitched on linen or Aida fabric. Although this is a very large piece of stitching, it is pure cross stitch without any fractional stitches so simple to stitch. There are few optional additional stitches added to the flowers in the borders but all the instructions are included.
This pack includes either 28-count Zweigart Cashel washed unbleached linen or 14-count Zweigart Aida fabric, pre-sorted threads, illustrated instructions, computerized printed chart and a wrapped needle
